You’ll read some of the most popular ghost stories of Charleston, and some of them are downright creepy.  But keep in mind, this is not a paranormal blog.  It’s designed to entertain, perhaps even enlighten, and, most importantly, draw you to Charleston to experience them for yourself.

Mickey Euston moved to Charleston, SC in 1994, and fell in love with the rich history and culture of the low country.  Although she has since returned to her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, she frequently visits Charleston and continues to take advantage of the wonderful array of diverse tours offered.

She holds a B.S. in Technical Communication from Arizona State University.

    I thought you might be interested in this 1889 article about a bell-ringing ghost at Charleston’s St. Michael’s church.

      Wow! Thanks so much for sharing this. I agree. I’ve heard lots of stories about a specter ringing the bells at St. Michael’s, but this is the first time I’ve seen a contemporary article about it. If it’s not the same St. Michael’s, it’s quite a coincidence. Thanks again for sharing. Great stuff!
